Bespoke Curtains
Due to the nature of our Bespoke Curtain Service delivery times can vary dependent upon the service required. Subsequently, delivery times will be advised at the point of order.
Made to Measure Curtains
Made to Measure Curtains are delivered within 8-10 working days from the date of order. They are sent by courier and require a signature when arriving at the delivery address.
Ready Made Curtains
Ready Made Curtains are normally delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of order. They are sent by courier and require a signature when arriving at the delivery address. Please note: If alterations are required the delivery time will be extended accordingly.
Delivery Timescales
We aim to offer a quick delivery time but we are never able to guarantee a delivery date due to factors beyond our control. If you require a special delivery service please contact us to discuss.

Items Not in Stock
On rare occasions a curtain or material may not be available immediately, under these circumstances we shall contact you as soon as we are aware of this issue. You will have the option to wait for your choice, choose another fabric or have a full refund.
Packaging
Our curtains are packaged well and during transit can develop creases. This is quite normal. Curtains need time to hang and settle to look their best, please view our How to Hang Curtains and Curtain Care Sections for more information.
