Returns and Refunds
Returns will be accepted if goods are faulty and will be replaced or refunded as requested. All damages must be reported to Merlin Fabrics within 48 hours of delivery.
Items will be accepted back if they are not required, but only if returned in their original packaging and unused within 5 days of delivery. There is no restocking charge but the buyer is responsible for returning their purchase to the store. We would recommend you obtain proof of your return if you choose to use a carrier to return your goods.
Please Note: Bespoke Curtains, Made to Measure Curtains, Altered Ready Made Curtains and Nets & Voiles are cut to order and subsequently non-returnable items unless they are faulty.
All refunds will be given at the discretion of Merlin Fabrics.
Payment Options
We can accept payment by cheque and all major credit and debit cards (except American Express).
Delivery Charges
Free postage only applies to orders of £30.00 or more. Carriage under this amount will be charged at £5.00.

Please Note: A statuary 7 day cooling off period does not apply to any; Bespoke Curtains, Made to Measure Curtains, Altered Ready Made Curtains, Nets and Voiles (which are cut to order), unless these goods are faulty.
